Sparring theory

The focus on the application of techniques was one of the most valuable parts of the theory delivered on the course. However, the whole course was informative and the depth of knowledge shown by the instructors was very impressive.

Results:

Two excellent 3-hour seminars were conducted by the ETA Technical Committee over the weekend with a very high turnout of junior and senior grades! On the Saturday there were 52 red-tags and below and on the Sunday, 55 red and black belts were at Lyonsdown Hall in New Barnet to train under ITF England President Master Ellis - this included 6 members of the current England Taekwon-Do Team.

The seminars paid close attention to important elements of technical detail in Taekwon-Do and the Technical Committee made sure to pay personal attention to each and every student during the sessions. The relaxed but highly focussed training was thoroughly enjoyed by the participants and the next set of seminars in 6 months time are already eagerly awaited!
